Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed, though this may take longer during high order volume or if any issues arise.
If your purchase includes a pre-order item, whether on its own, as part of a bundle, or combined with other items, your entire order will ship together to arrive as close as possible to the street release date listed in the product description.

Please note that pre-order release dates are subject to change. While we aim for delivery as close to the release date as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.

Domestic Orders
For domestic orders, standard delivery usually arrives within 5–7 business days, while expedited shipping delivers within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate and not included in shipping estimates. 

International Orders
For international orders, delivery typically takes 10–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country. In some cases, delivery may take up to 8–12 weeks. Please note that customs processing and local carrier delays can impact timing. Processing time is separate and not included in these estimates. 
International orders may be subject to duties and customs fees at point of delivery. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes are based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.  Because the rules and standards vary so much from country-to-country, it is best to contact the local customs office if you have any further questions specific to custom fees.

Delivery Claims Policy
Delivery of all orders is verified through the shipping carrier's tracking information, and customers receive an email notification when a package has been marked as delivered.

Domestic Orders:
If you believe your package was not received, you must contact Manhead at support@manheadmerch.com within 7 business days of the carrier's recorded delivery date or the last tracking update. This reporting window allows us to investigate the issue while carrier records and claim options remain available.

Claims submitted more than 7 business days after the delivery date or last tracking update will not be eligible for review. In such cases, replacements, refunds, or reshipments will not be provided.

International Orders:
If you believe your package was not received, you must contact Manhead at support@manheadmerch.com within 30 business days of the carrier's recorded delivery date or the last tracking update. This reporting window allows us to investigate the issue while carrier records and claim options remain available.

Claims submitted more than 30 business days after the delivery date or last tracking update will not be eligible for review. In such cases, replacements, refunds, or reshipments will not be provided.

Damaged and Missing Item(s) Policy

If your order arrived damaged or if an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 business days of the package being marked as delivered by the carrier. You can reach us at support@manheadmerch.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
For damaged item claims, photos and/or videos are required. Please include clear images of the damaged item(s) as well as the original packaging, including any shipping boxes, mailers, and packing materials, when submitting your claim.
